If I came up to someone with money to invest in a venture and then they started demanding to know how and where I got my money. I would tell them to eat shit and die. Then move on to the next person.

It is not my job to figure out how my investor got the money. That is for law enforcement to do.
I was never onced asked to do anything ilegal or un-ethical. (Except to make porn) And as long as I do NOT break any laws and fulfill my end of a deal. Then I am not assuming any risk.
And if Law Enforcement did come knocking on my door. I would be happy to tell them exactly where the money came from. Because it's not my problem and I have done nothing wrong.

Metro.. the fact is a number of folks of Arab descent could buy and sell GFY and all associated companies a few times over in a day - 15K is modest.
We used to have some biz with a Saudi Princess in the EU. This girl had.. forget now, but a large number of homes worldwide.
We used to meet at her home in London and this begins to give a clue. The house was in probably the most expensive part of the city and had two floors above ground, plus an underground garage for about 40 vehicles.
The odd... and novel shit about this was... below the garage floor, there were two more underground floors which were complete replicas of the upper floors - it was an "undergound bomb shelter" with home comforts. She was only living there a few weeks a year - chances are even more remote there would be any nukes hitting while she lived there.
The garage had a few spare parking spaces - the rest werel filled up the vintage and classic cars. I ain't any expert on em, but been told they are worth millions (and not dollar value - UK pounds)

You are right! As long as it's a straight deal - it is none of your biz concerning funding - 15K is not exactly a big deal, tho may be (and probably is!) more than the majority of GFY wannabees earn off the net in a year.
