i don't think its that drastically different. im from canada too and while i never polled my friends from what i heard from girls and some of them is that most guys here are cut too. i think it has to do with age and ethnicity as well. the older you are the more likely you got cut as its popularity has been deminishing. if you're a white canadian and were born in the 70's, chances are you're cut.
uncut might be better for women but hey, nothing i can do about it. i don't want to circumsize my child if i have one but at the same time, if he were to ever see my cut penis by accident and notices its different from him, will it give him some kind of complex? i've heard something like that before.
