Im sure he makes some nice cash from his sig alone, not mentioning his other stuff. Not that it would be a business of anyone here how much he makes. And I doubt he was calling hard working webmasters nobodies. He seems a very nice person and I would bet a lot that he is a very nice person in real life, too.
+ when he is travelling without using his money, does it make him unsuccessful? I would say otherwise.
