The police are strangely reluctant to charge him. Also my wife refuses to be probed, sampled and photographed naked... essentially raped by the system.
She's also concerned about her friend's welfare and their children's. Their rent is due next week and he controls the finances.
It's the same shit that keeps so many women trapped in abusive relationships.
