I was just reading up on those. You get to take a deduction on the amount you put in the health savings account, but then you can't write off the monthly premiums on the policy.
That's pretty fucked up.

At least with the more expensive policy you get to deduct all of the premiums.
I'll have to crunch some numbers to see which is best overall.
