I like the GT, the two I've seen first hand were both solid. Well built, no obvious flaws, panel alignment was sharp, etc.

They've had trouble on the line however, a few heavy engine recalls (one so bad they instructed owners not to drive the car under ANY circumstances, sending out flatbeds for each of them), and Saleen has fired two of his VPs over issues related to quality since the car went into production.

I wouldn't hesitate to own one though once the bugs are worked out, seems like a winner.
