The team at Adult.com and all of our properties including RealityCash, Webmaster Access, CinemaPlay Entertainment and GFY, is pleased to announce that we are now a subsidiary of Playboy Entertainment Group, Inc. Adult.com and Playboy.com have had a successful partnership since 2002 and this merger reemphasizes the value Playboy places on the webmaster community. Playboy is dedicated to giving webmasters even more good reasons to support us as we move forward. Not only will we continue to strive to run the best converting programs but we will also leverage our assets to create new products and to reward our loyal webmasters.

What has changed? Nothing, as far as webmasters are concerned. There are no changes in our programs, sites, or the Adult.com team. I have agreed to a long term contract to be President of the Adult.com business, and I'm pleased to announce that Eric Matis has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. We are both very enthusiastic about the opportunity and the future. Other than some back-end accounting procedures, nothing will change with our business in the near term. In the longer term, you will see us introduce a broad array of exciting new products.
