#1..carbon steel is supposed to rust.The grade of the alloy,whether it's a grade 1-5 has nothing to do with rust.It's the amount or carbon in it that makes steel stronger or harder.You have to test the fastener with a rockwell or brinell test to determine whether the alloy used was that which was specified by the design engineer.
Engines that are run without oil will seize.Rings and valves will warp.There is a certain amount of responsibility the owner has to a vehicle.Checking the oil and tire pressure are a few of them.
Water in the tailight is not a big issue.If the trunk needs adjustment,it's a simple screwdriver fix.If the trunk gasket is faulty it is also a simple fix.If the local dealer is bad,that clearly is an issue.It doesn't mean that the manufacturer is at fault.
