Okay, so in a city with 1/3 of the police force gone, a city virtually destroyed, cops are taking the time to investigate stolen property reports?

no i did not, every valid argument style includes perpective from both sides.
moreover, i stated i WANTED to believe the story, in part because i am aware of how corrupt the N.O. police historically have been.
But I am having a difficult time believing those people interviewed and the story did not include any valid proof IMHO.
