It wouldn't surprise me at all if there was a weather control device. But I doubt we will find out about it any time soon. Because it would be "top secret" and by definition that means we won't find out about it because non of us are spys.
And if you think about it logically. If you did have a secret weather control device and created a hurricane in Montana. You weather machine wouldn't be a secret for very long would it?
End result, all goverments lie, cheat, steal, murder and do whatever the hell they want. While stupid patriot believe absolutely every they are told and want to sacrafice their lives for a goverment made up of millionaires that don't give a shit about anyone but themselves.
