In Germany in the '30s, there was an expression "Füehrer weather" for the unusually good weather that seemed to go along with Hitler's public appearances. He didn't see that the day was going to be nice then plan a speech, it just happened that everytime he had a speech the weather was nice. People thought that it was because he was their chosen leader and that some greater power was making the weather good. It's an interesting thing to look into and apply to whats happening with our "Führer" today.
