I was a small customer of webair, their techs were useless and I was very unhappy, I think this is because I was small and they did not care about me. I am a customer at isprime and I started with 1 server and the support was like WOW for me, after switching from theplanet/ev1 the Isprime support is simply amazing!!!!! Now I have 8 servers with them and they make great work!!! (and money
