Cmon man, Mike has a great rep of going totally out of his way to help clients. What happened in Miami...don't know, sounds crazy.
As for support... 24/7/365. You can actually get a live voice on the support line plus just go to webair.com and there is Live Chat support. That's pretty damn good.
