We have intelligence reporting that you are currently secretly persuing a nuclear program. We also have intelligence reports that heaven is filled with biological and chemical weapons of mass-destruction. And you have been linked to Al-qada(sp?).
You have 30 days to allow UN inspectors into heaven or we will be forced to order our troops to dismantle your arsenault.
