music speaks to the soul....you probably never will understand the appeal....it just does not speak to you that way....
I love all music... not that I want to convert you as it sounds like it just misses the mark with your taste etc.
but.... If you were to get Jimi Hendrix and listen to it not have it as background white noise you may see what people mean by bringing an instrument to life.... Hendrix has a way of giving that guitar its own ability to communicate...its own soul
