Getting money back cuz albertans work hard and don't comlain? Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Alberta has apparently the 2nd largest oil supply in the world, thats where you 7 million dollar surplus is coming from. Alberta is a "have" province, thats why there only a federal tax and people who live in Alberta are rewarded. I guess all the other provinces are lazy though?
