No. Fruits are fructose(at least 60%), that takes too long for the creatine to absorb. What you need is glucose or at least honey(some of them have 70% of glucose and 30% of fructose).
I took 5g or creatine, 10-15g of glucose 20-30 minutes before each meal and gained 5kg(11lbs) from each phase.
