And thank you, I appreciate that. I'd hate to see it come to that. But thats how these things usually seem to turn around here. And it's a minor issue that our staff is working on. An ICQ to me or Charlie would be a good first step before someone feels the need to come and post here.
You'd be suprised how seriously people take this place. Now I have to spend my night sitting here watching this thread and replying to it becuase someone jumped the gun a bit rather than ICQ'ing me and asking what was up with their ticket.
