Actually its a very smart move on their part. China is definitely the next big market, by outsourcing a good portion of their operation in China they are getting themselves entrenched in that new market, and with the kickbacks they will be getting from the Chinese government that will definitely put them into a good position to further their stronghold over a market that will eventually be bigger than the US.
Very smart move, as long as they can properly pull it off.
