I have never made a "ban him" thread, but this character is out of control.
"Alleged Indecent Exposure"

He just pops in threads and attacks people, throwing around very, very dumb comments and all. If he was the least bit witty maybe I would disregard his posts, but his posts are just extremely stupid.
He can't be older than 14.
