You can also take Ibuprofin, tylenol, and asprin all together and see if that helps, that way you get 3 pain killers together and they are all different types of pain killers too. If you have Nyquil take that in place of the tyelnol.

Try rinsing out your mouth with warm saltwater too, but it doesn't really do much. I know how bad it sucks, but when you get to the dentist tomorrow and he numbs you it will be so good. You're almost definitely going to need a root canal because the infection is above your tooth and the roots of your tooth is digging into it causing the pain.
