I guess nobody remembers the video of the guy that proposes to his girlfriend who is away at college, she shuts him down and dumps him, and he has to sleep in the street that night, goes home and puts the home sex videos online, even includes her phone #, name and dorm room address in the video.
That guy got sued for EVERYTHING he had + jail time.
