He could have gotten the same effect out of that image by using a lesser known author and reducing his risk at the same time.

as long as it is a setting in which the object in question could have feasibly been there to begin with, i think it is all right

We have done shoots for Hustler Magazine, and they have purposely put things on the tables, name brand things, and I questioned it, and they told me it wasn't to be worried about.....and they explained to me what I wrote above

The reason you see people removing things, is cause they are being careful, but when you have Larry Flynt's team of lawyers, you don't have to be careful
