Its a gray area to be honest, however anything to come of this is unlikely. I can only hope to get a law suit really!
See the book in the photo does not constitute a copyright violation because the work as a whole is not a derivative work in itself of the book.
There is not a court in the United States that would find otherwise. I mean I been wrong before LOL but on this really it is not likely.
