The moral of this story - if an author can sue a band for titling a song after his book then it seems to me that an author can sure as fuck sue for having the book shown in a porn shoot.

Close, but very different situations and if Iron Maiden did not back down like pussies they would have gottin more publicity and had Artistic merit in expressing there creative works and titling it the way they may have originally wanted!
80's Copyright Law would have found them free as a bird to title it anyway they chose.
