FYI, Rice/her publisher could issue both a cease and desist plus a lawsuit since you knowingly are flaunting your violation of her copyrights. The ignorance of people licensing your product would not protect them anymore than your faux ignorance would, and your silly disclaimer would do little to protect you from a lawsuit from your licensees as well, since they purchased your content in good faith that it was legal and in compliance with copyright laws.

I'm not sure what planet you are from AlienQ, but on earth, and in the U.S. in particular, you do not appear to be on the right side of the law.

I'm offering up this info for your own good, so please do not take this as an attack on you because it's not. It's just a lesson in proactive good business practice and ethics which all would do well to heed.
