Where exactly in Long Island are you? I know houses are expensive in Long Island but not that expensive to make this house cost 5 million I'd say more like 1-1.5 mil. C'mon now you could get a waterfront estate 4 acres land 7,500 sq ft home with pool and all top level upgrades for under 4 mil in places like Lloyd Harbor, Cold Spring Harbor, Oyster Bay Cove. 5 million and up may be commercial housing with 10+ acres of land
