As for learning something:
We already do a hell of alot! ON THE PRODUCTION END.
Do you think content makes itself?
We have to track down talent. Organize schedules. Deal with scenarios, setups, problems on set, find viagara for men that don't work and find stunt cocks when viagara doesn't work.
Not to mention knowing how to handle the camera, light the damn place, show girls how to pose, get all the angles needed, balance egos, get this stuff edited, take it to distribution, do paperwork, organize locations, etc etc.
The fucking list goes on and on and on.
And I'm not in the United States with a nice abilty to find readily qualified people that are ready to work. We have to beg girls to work and explain to them they aren't going to recieve 20k for a video and most local cameramen either shoot with real film or Betacam.
So don't chew me out for not being a webmaster/programer/database consultant/etc. I put the money up. Therefore I'm the boss and as part of my job description to locate people that know their job so I don't have to do it for them.
And with luck I'll have content into the hands of person I've decided to go with by the end of the month. (I'm swamped in doing a catalog of what we currently have.)
