well this is old , but still deserves the follow up
The kid "mullet" wasn't trying to throw the kid off his bike, those were his friends and he intended to slap him on the back of the head as they drove by, the car had childproof windows ( the kind that dont roll down ) so he opened the door and leaned out to hit the kid, the car door bounced off the back tire of the kids bike, the force closed the door then swung it back out at full force , pulling the kid out of the car ( as he was holding the door handle )
The kid lost some teeth and broke most of the bones in his face , but he is perfectly fine.
