If they are using your domain name to spam, you might want to do more than block them, considering it makes you look like the spammer to whatever mails did go through.

Your host should be able to help you out. You can run DNS report on your domain at http://www.dnsreport.com/ Scroll down to check out the section on SPF records.

And apologies in advance if you arleady knew this.
