Depends on the buyer ricks ... but for many buyers, I certainly agree and thus the content is available to the buyer only at relatively nominal cost - willing to negotiate that point with a serious buyer... so far I only see one bid...
Reserve is much higher than the current bid of $125K ... the domain package is worth much more than that.
