Laugh, but I use a binder with green ledger sheets. Income and expenses recorded each month, with it easy for me to see the net at a glance.

I have skills in QB Pro. I used to use it to keep books for 8 LLC's, a corporation, and a holding company. It can do the job for you, and it is user friendly.

But there are two things I don't like to use the computer for. Tracking my cash flow is one, and keeping track of my schedule is another.
