With allthe work that ICM and IFFOR has done, they could be a great candidate to run it..
all those "best business practices" and screening and rules that IFFOR came up with, could be applied to .KIDS
problem with that idea, is there is more money to be made on .XXX domains than .KIDS domains, so this is all about the money, not "protecting kids" as ICM/IFFOR originally pitched .XXX to people.
Network Solutions would be in a great position to run .KIDS since they already have the infrastructure up in running .COM
