It took me 30 days to get my account set up and I had to ask people from epass that are here on GFY to things resolved.... Which it all worked out in the end.
The point that I see most making is this. We all know and understand your support sucks... why just not make it the best there is and loose the sloopy support.
People only tolerate sloopy support for so long until they find something thats easier to use for the majority of them out there. For a few, it works just well.
I'd place my money on something that has great service and no problems.
