I don't see how anyone is against this. It's not like the kids can't eat junk food anymore. I'm sure some parents wil be more than happy to send their kids to school with Big Macs etc. Or take them to wendys after school.
Don't worry people, kids can still easily become obese, no need to be alarmed!
