Bumping an old thread, but what is the interest rate on a SEP IRA? I read this

but I don't really understand, it doesn't say the interest rate? Also, can I still open a SEP if I'm not incorporated or never "officially" filed for sole proprietorship? I just work under my regular ssn.... But I need to invest now...
