That's fucked up! You only charged him $50 for that great logo and he didn't even pay you??????
I doubt he will pay anybody in this contest. I mean, if he can't pay you $50 then why would he pay $250 to someone here.
$50 is something that should be paid even if he doesn't like your logo.
He should pay it just to keep his reputation(assuming he actually had a reputation)
