I've never seen a Michelin rating for any restaurants here in the US or Canada. However, have had Foie Gras in both countries. I would rate the best of them that I have been on a scale of 1 to 4, 4's.

There is no 4 star. And foie gras in the US is duck. You should stick to macd.
