Another naive point, sorry to say.
These guys want to score in the obscenity field, not the child pornography one. Period. They might soon be in a position to prove that ANYTHING that does not offer artistic value or resembles the Mona Lisa smile, IS OBSCENE. Forget about local communities shit. And forget about the film industry and all their leftish bastards like Sean Penn (their thinking, not mine). Most of the right wing conservatives will only be happy the day Hollywood spits out dinosaur movies and nothing else. And yes, this may mean the end of porn, something they will be thrilled with regardless of the economic impact (probably small).
For those who haven't been following judge Roberts hearings he stated yesterday -very briefly- that PORNOGRAPHY IS NOT PROTECTED SPEECH as much as political speech or other categories. This is of CRITICAL IMPORTANCE.
