Thinking this way is naive.
Since last year, the gov. has scored many great points to their cause. Things have been aligning well for them for the first time in decades (court nominess in all courts, regulations passed and bills signed quickly without any discussion in the House/Senate, many laws and regulations coming together for greater, deadlier strike [asset forfeitures, etc], general public feelings regarding porn and more). This should be telling you something. The days when things would never happen are over, in my opinion. The days when things will be argued, defended, confronted and fought over may be right ahead. Read between the lines and you'll see how they are now circumventing the FSC trial. The gov's position has gotten stronger in this particular arena, with courts and legislative powers tuning in accordingly
This last HR is one BIG reason for concern.
