I had requested some information from Qwest about toll free numbers for my girls. They tried to slam my service, but I have a local contract with my phone company, so there was a PIC freeze on my line. They then started billing me $37/month for service I didn't ask for and wasn't getting. When I wouldn't pay, they sent it to a really rude collection agency (I'm sure in house). I complained online and they said since it was a business account they couldn't do anything about it... but I never got another bill or call from the agency, hmmm.... you have to wonder how many people pay bills for services they don't receive out of fear of a "lawyer" or "collection agency".
