Any experiences with clearcard.com

They look like a serious alternative to iBill, ccBill etc.: http://www.clearcard.com/

(NO - I am not affiliated with them)

Any experiences?

If you're ready to take transaction processing for your website to the
next level, tune into ClearCard.com. ClearCard is the one stop shop for
online subscription based services - managing members, recurring billing,
affiliate programs, and fraud scrubbing. You don't need a merchant account,
ClearCard will send you checks weekly with no rolling reserve. Best of all,
ClearCard is charging the lowest rates the industry has ever seen - as low
as 10% a transaction!
(... blablabla ...)
When it comes to chargebacks, ClearCard offers you the best defenses
available: quality customer service and advanced fraud scrubbing technology.
And although we provide the tools, you maintain full control over their risk
tolerance and final acceptance or rejection of an order. You'll have robust
reporting -- real time, downloadable reports that allow you to track and
manage your online transactions and membership information from wherever you are and whenever you need it. From a customer service standpoint, it means
the ability to view logs of every customer who called, why they called, and
how the matter was resolved.
(... blablabla ...)
When it comes to payment methods, we don't just "clear" cards. Sure,
ClearCard let's you process Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB,
Discover, and Carte Blanche. But why stop at plastic? With ClearCard
you can also process online checks and PayPal.
