Their nominal host (RevealHost.com) looks like an badly configured reseller. The contact information on the About Us page is obviously bogus. I'd guess that the "host" and the infringing website are run by the same person. If that's the case, simply address the DMCA notice to the company that hosts the host. Just change the wording slightly to reflect the customer of a customer situation.

They seem to run or host the dns servers used by the bogus hosting company that hosts undagroundnoize.com.
Alternatively you could go directly to ThePlanet.com since the ip address is allocated to them.
There's no revenge like the legal revenge. Why do something that could jeopardize your future (like soliciting for illegal services) when you could wreck their futures legally?
