rule are simple -
Since it will take a few days to get everyone on board lets shoot for Wednesday as the deadline to participate
to enter you must post a picture of yourself in a bathing suit holding that days newspaper - front page must be clear so we can see it
every 2 weeks you must post another picture to show your progress - you don't post your pic with in 3 days your out
as my gf points out not everyone has to do bfl you will be judged on your before and after at the end of the ninety days how you get in shape is up to you
since we can't test you I guess "roids" are allowed but I wouldn't use them
you must post your weight and measurements ( waist, arms, thighs, and rear) with your pictures
anyone can participate, so this is something you can do with your significant other
there will be three winners one girl one guy and one runner up all judges by you gfy people
I will give 100 gigs of bandwidth or 100.00 of content as a prize to the winners and 50 gigs or 50.00 of content to the runner up
