I read a book called the "Biology of success" and it said that if at all possible you should take two 1/2 hour naps a day. Its says if you sleep for more than a 1/2 hour your body shuts down to much and you will actually be loosing performance even though you think you are rested and will work better. Its a real interesting book, talks all about the actual biology of what makes us perform best.
