how are you supposed to get any work done drinking water all the time? You end up having to piss.
Its not like some fat bastard webmaster has to worry about his body using up the water during activity. Activity requires getting your lazy ass up from in front of the computer. And no, walking to the kitchen for another bag of chips doesn't count.
