I've watched it now and then. The two things that bothered me about it. The first was that they rarely discussed food intake but instead most of the focus was on levels of exercise the average person isn't going to be able to do but I understand it is a game show. The second was when people were beating themselves up for only losing four pounds a week and such. Losing four pounds in a week is an outstanding accomplishment - especially if it is done in a healthy manner.
