Oh hell yeah!
Back in the 80's I was chugging a 6 pack or two of Sunkist soda when it first came out. Months later was at the doctors for caffeine problems. I told him I didn't have a caffeine problem cause I only had 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day. He then broke out that caffeinated beverage chart and sure enough, my two favorites, Mountain Dew and Sunkist Orange were at the top of the charts. Just before Jolt cola came out.
Soda is a main culprit. I weined myself off. When it's hot out I live for slurpees at 7-11. They don't make em' healthy lemme tell you. they should have grape juice or apple juice slurpees. Real juice not fake shit.
I'm onto water, cranberry juice, blueberry juice for the next several weeks for sure.
