I used to work with a guy that would drink a full 2 liter bottle of pepsi every day during our 10 hour shift. And he said he would drink that much on his days off. So he would drink 7-8 2 liter bottles of pepsi a week. That's a lot of sugar, caffine and calories. We talked him into trying to stop and on the first night you would have thought he was going through drug withdrawls. he was pale and shaking and ended up only making it a couple of hours before he broke down and got some.
