i am not reading anything, from what i know... it can only happen in the most extreme circumstances - i.e. marching across death valley and becoming extremely dehydrated and then drinking 1-2 gallons of water. i dont think it can happen under any normal circumstaces - like walking around drinking water all day.
drinking too much water however can deplete your body of water soluable vitamins and some minerals.
